Shipping Policy – Processing & timelines 
• Preorders ship in seasonal windows:
– Spring Flower Kits (fall-planted): late October
– Summer Flower Kits: early April
• Fall bulbs, corms, and roots: begin shipping mid–late October.
• Dahlia tubers: begin shipping in early March and are zone-dependent (warm zones first, colder zones later).
• We batch and pack live goods early in the week to avoid weekend holds. Weather or carrier disruptions may delay shipping—we’ll hold if conditions could harm plants.
• Tracking is emailed when your label is created.
