Returns & Refunds

Satisfaction on arrival: We want you to love your order. Please inspect tubers, roots, corms, bulbs, and plants as soon as they arrive.

What is covered: If something looks off that is not related to shipping damage, email photos to info@elmcreekflowerfarm.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review and work with you to replace or refund as appropriate.

If the issue is caused by shipping damage or loss, please file a claim with the carrier (UPS/USPS); insurance is included. Send us the claim number and clear photos so we can assist. After 7 days from delivery, the buyer assumes responsibility.

What isn’t covered: Because these are living or perishable goods, we can’t be responsible after arrival for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive, or negligence. Buyer assumes all responsibility once the order is delivered.

Refunds, replacements, and returns:

  • Returns are not accepted on live or perishable goods (tubers, roots, corms, bulbs, plants).

  • We don’t offer refunds or replacements after 7 days from delivery.

  • Gift cards are final sale

Order changes, cancellations, and combining:
• We can’t combine separate orders after checkout.

• If you need to change or cancel, email us immediately. If the order hasn’t entered packing, we may be able to cancel so you can place a new order; not guaranteed.

Lost or damaged in transit: All shipments include carrier insurance. If a box is lost or arrives damaged, file a carrier claim and email us the claim number plus photos the day it arrives so we can help with next steps.

Safety notice: Some plants (for example: daffodils, delphinium, foxglove) are toxic if ingested. Keep plants and vase water away from children and pets. Do not ingest any part of the plant; wear gloves when needed and wash hands after handling. The purchaser assumes all liability related to use and growing conditions.
